The eSentry controller was designed to make the integration of sensor into your existing process control system easy.
It can communicate with up to four (4) Atlas to Titan sensors via an RS485 network.
The standard configuration provide relay outputs to allow a user to monitor or visually inspect the communication status of each sensor and the associated dust alarms.
Analog output can be provided as an option.
All data on an eSentry controller can be accessed by plant personnel using either Modbus TCP or Ethernet/IP. The current models are built on an existing PLC platform.
The Sentinel 1 communicates with one (1) Atlas or Titan sensor on an RS485 network. The Sentinel 1 was designed to simplify the data logging requirements of EPA's MACT Rules and provide a user interface with real-time dust trending. The Sentinel 4 has a 7" color touch screen and communicates with up to four (4) Atlas or Titan sensors on an RS485 network. The user can view live data display or real-time trends from each connected sensor. The Sentinel 4 logs historical data as well as an event log.
